| Ames White - Familiar |
Part of a selective breeding cult that is over three thousand years old, Ames White is a dangerous and cunning enemy. He has captured several transgenics and is the reason that the transgenics have been exposed to the public. His snipers escalated the tension of the hostage situation at Jam Pony (in which they killed CeCe, an X5), giving him full control. The Phalanyx, the best the Familiars have to offer, were called in. An epic battle ensued, but White failed in his mission - to kill Max. His dangerous presence in Max's life hasn't been eliminated yet, and he still poses as one of the biggest threats to the transgenics inside Terminal City.

| The Centurions - Manticore |
Centurions, the ultimate X-killing prototypes, are stronger, smarter, and faster than even the X8s. They have twice the reaction time of the world's quickest spider and can regenerate organs damaged by anything from gunshot wounds to penetration from crushed bones. Trained harder and disciplined more for minor offenses, the Centurions do not hold the rebellious nature of some of the Xs. Created in a remaining Manticore facility in Oregon, they have been brought to Terminal City to take care of the little 'problem' that has arisen.

| Colonel Briggs - Manticore |
Colonel Briggs is the trainer of the Centurions and a highly-valued military strategist. He has no emotional connection to the Centurions as Lydecker did, however, and isn't too sad about sacrificing one or two of them here or there. Looking down his nose at the rest of the world, Briggs doesn't mind slaughtering anything or anyone that gets in the way of his mission. His motto is ''Charge like a mad bull and if they shoot you between the eyes, make sure you fall on top of them nice and hard. There will be someone behind you to finish the job.''

| Centurion Alpha - 748 - Manticore |
The leader of the Centurions, 748 (alias Brock) is the strongest of them all and has direct orders to take out Max and anything or anyone that gets in his way. He does, however, have more human nature inside him than the others. Whether or not this proves good or bad is up to him...
